Shipping Policy
  •  Please be aware that all orders are processed within 2 business days (NOTincluding weekends, sales or holidays)
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. 
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping items to be delivered.
  • All orders placed on Friday after 12PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Once your package has left our facility we are no longer responsible.
  • If your package is showing delivered and you haven't received it. Please allow 1-2 business days and contact the shipping carrier.
  • All packages are insured and a claim can be filed through the shipping carriers site.
Preorders
  • Once you place an order for preorder, your order cannot be canceled. Your order goes straight to our vendors for an accurate count.

  • Preorder dates are an estimated ship date. Should your shipping date changed we will notify you via email.

Holiday shipping policy

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. 
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping items to be delivered.

 

We are NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
